I'm Back!
I had a rough week last week. I definitely was eating things I shouldn’t and not exercising as much as I should. But, no worries…….I’m back! The last three days have been going well and I’m feeling like things are back in order. I can’t quite pinpoint where I went wrong, which is probably why I have a problem in the first place. I have some theories, but who knows? I hope I can keep on the straight and narrow and show a good loss this month.
